Using the Weber Style™ Poultry Infusion Roaster is simple. Just pour your favorite beer, juice, or wine into the integrated cup and then place the infusing cone on top. The infusing cone holds the poultry upright, allowing the pan to capture juices that can be used for basting or gravy. Place the cap on top of the cone to be sure to lock in the steam inside the cavity for added moisture. The non-stick ceramic coated pieces of this roasting kit make for easy clean up in the dishwasher.
